Overview
An AI-powered platform designed to streamline M&A workflows by enabling agentic, automation-driven processes without requiring constant user prompting. It enhances efficiency and productivity by dynamically adapting to user needs, providing high-quality results, and integrating seamlessly into existing deal-making processes. With features: AI-assisted research, target sourcing & output automation, DeltaGen AI empowers teams to make informed decisions faster.
Context
M&A professionals spend countless hours on manual, repetitive tasks—researching target companies, sifting through hundreds of pages of vendor documents, leveraging personal networks for insights, and consolidating findings into structured one-pagers & other outputs. This traditional approach is time-consuming, prone to inefficiencies, and limits the speed of decision-making.
Problem
The manual M&A process is slow, inefficient, and prone to oversight. DeltaGen AI combines research automation with CRM capabilities to streamline target analysis, extract key insights, and generate outputs such as one-pagers—cutting grunt work & accelerating deal execution.

UX Evaluation
Moving from V0 → V1.
User insights gathered through shadowing sessions and Hotjar recordings revealed that the existing V0 information architecture was confusing and did not align with user workflows. Key pain points included difficulty in navigating between sections, unclear grouping of information, and inefficiencies in accessing critical data. After extensive deliberation, we transitioned to V1 with a revised information architecture, ensuring a more intuitive structure. Alongside this, we established a cohesive branding and design system to create a visually appealing and highly usable product.

UX Evaluation
Change in Information Architecture
The initial redesign request was to establish DeltaGen's branding and create a cohesive look for the entire product. While I could have simply made UI changes for an easy approval, I recognized that the underlying information architecture was not optimized for success due to critical user flow issues. Instead of a surface-level update, I took a comprehensive approach—designing the company's branding, developing the entire design system from scratch, and restructuring the information architecture with significant improvements to the user flow.

Integrated notes and document sharing for seamless team communication.
Categorized sections for company timeline, product lines, media assets, and location details.
Action Items & CRM
The Action Items screen organizes tasks by deal phases, helping users track progress, responsibilities, and deadlines efficiently.
With status tags, priorities, and assignees, users can quickly identify critical tasks, ensuring accountability and seamless collaboration.
Effortless & Actionable UX
Expandable sections, quick filters, and inline comments make task management intuitive, while attachments and subtasks keep everything in one place.

AI Outputs & Collaboration
This screen delivers AI-generated M&A outputs, like a One-Pager, which traditionally require extensive analyst effort. It streamlines due diligence by providing structured insights instantly.
Teams can review, edit, and refine the output directly on the screen. The comment section enables discussions, ensuring alignment and improving analysis quality.
Efficiency & Transparency
With source-linked insights and export options, users can validate AI-generated content, make necessary refinements, and seamlessly share finalized documents.
